The creative force behind this delightful coffeehouse is executive chef Roger Bernard, a culinary expert with a rich background, including teaching at Georgian College and managing a multi-million dollar budget at Costco. Since 2009, he’s dedicated himself to Dreamers Café full-time, always experimenting and having fun with food.
In addition to the addictive Crazy Cookie, the café offers a full menu from breakfast to dinner, featuring crowd-pleasers like Lobster Benedict and a delicious Breakfast Sandwich.
